This cluster covers fields like business administration, financial management, economics, human resources, data analysis, operations, and entrepreneurship. Professionals in this cluster are responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and analysing the core functions that help organizations and people succeed and achieve their business goals. Overall, the people who work in the Business Career Cluster are a big reason why companies and even entire economies grow. Without these professionals, most businesses wouldn’t be able to survive, so their work is a key part of how our world works today.

Below are five key fields within this cluster, along with some common career trajectories.
Economics
Professionals in economics analyze market trends, business cycles, consumer behavior, and macroeconomic policy to advise governments, corporations, and financial institutions.
